Hello Library Leadership Podcast listeners. This is Adriane Herrick Juarez, your host. I want to take a moment, at the end of this month, to thank you for your listenership. And also, appreciate the fact that you are engaging in our field through listening to ideas, innovations, and strategic insights from others in the profession.

I feel like this is so important for all of us to engage in learning, and leadership. And also I wanted to say, if you’re waiting to be someone’s boss before you think of yourself as a leader in libraries—wait no more. We are all leaders in libraries. Everything we do, from our committee work, to our programs, to our collection development, to representing the field when we talk to people out there, every day about libraries. We are all leaders.

So, thank you for tuning in. Thank you for engaging. I hope you all enjoy the Entrepreneurship Week episode that we put out a little early this month. We usually put out shows mid-month and end of month. But, we went a little early this time just to celebrate that week. That said, I would like to invite you all to help me out. There are so many people doing amazing things in the field, and I can’t know them all. But, I bet you know many of them. Please share with me.

If you go to our website, libraryleadershippodcast.com, and fill out our contact form, you can tell me who you want to hear from out in the profession. I would love to hear what leaders you’re seeing out in the field who are doing things that inspire you, and invite them to be guests on the show. So please, reach out. Communicate with me. Also, if you would, leave us a rating or review wherever you listen to your podcasts. This helps us get new listeners. And also, share the show with others who might benefit. The more we all talk together, the better we are in the field of libraries.

So, thank you for listening. I hope to hear from you soon. Until then, we’ll see you next time.
